Domestic Shipping
Orders ship once complete, including orders containing backordered items. We are unable to offer split shipments for orders at this time. Most orders containing only “in-stock” items ship within 2-5 business days. Orders containing newly released products or holiday promotions often require additional processing time. International Shipping
Please note that in addition to the above, if your shipping address is outside of the USA, you may be responsible for taxes or customs charges in accordance with local and national regulations, if not paid at time of order. For more information, please consult your local post office.
Furniture Orders
Orders containing furniture and furniture accessories often require additional processing time and are not subject to the above time frame. See individual product pages for details. Once placed, furniture orders are final. Furniture orders are non-refundable, except for a duration of 14 days from original purchase date. Please note, cancellation fees may apply.
